During the first half of 2025, Kaspersky received a total of 42 requests from governments and law enforcement agencies from two countries - Russia and Brazil. All the requests received during the period were for non-personal technical information. As many as 10% of the requests were rejected due to an absence of data or because they didn't meet legal verification requirements.

As part of its ongoing commitment to transparency, Kaspersky also discloses figures on data inquiries from its users. Between January and June 2025, the company received 407 requests from individuals seeking clarity on personal data matters, including details on what and where their data is stored and requests for its provision or removal.
